Making on-line purchases is a relatively new process.

Understandably, many people are concerned about the security of their personal information.

Without providing any details that could reduce security, I want to walk you through our on-line ordering process.

When you place an order, you choose the products you want, before you provide any personal information. It is possible that someone could "break into" this process and learn what you are ordering. But, that is all they could learn. That somebody, somewhere, is choosing a product. They would not know your name, location, e-mail address, or any personal information.

Once you have chosen your product, you proceed to a secure page where your name, address, birth-date and credit card information are received. This information is securely encrypted, received and processed.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a receipt in your browser. You will also receive an automated e-mail, containing the order details, but not your credit card information. No credit card information is ever transmitted by e-mail.

After we have completed your order, we retain your name, birth information and e-mail address. That way, we can contact you, in the future, for special offers on new publications. This information is never sold, or provided in any way, to any other person or organization.

Unlike many other retail web sites, we do not retain your credit card information in a database. When you reorder, or place a new order, you will have to secure-enter this information again. We feel this procedure is far superior to the disadvantage of having your financial information in an on-line area that could potentially be hacked.

Additional security measures are taken, known only to us.

Our on-line process is actually safer than a postal order because any postal order could become jeopardized, in transit.
