This is a house of strong personal will and it signifies the point
of departure from the planning stage, initiating the active pursuit
of your goals. While this is not a time for immediate rewards,
it is a time when you can step forward and open new doors. Indeed,
the very knowledge that you are finally moving towards your dream
can be very rewarding, in and of itself.
It is important that you rely on your own initiative. Others may
lend support, but you will have to commence most of the encounters
and take the active steps necessary, to open new doors and relationships.
Be careful not to be too pushy or unyielding, when stating your
opinion or pursuing your goals. First impressions mean a lot now,
as people will tend to handle their subsequent dealings with you
upon that basis.
Your perception of other people's skills and talents will be very
keen and it will be easier to find out exactly who can render
valuable services. Remember to offer as much as you receive, in
order to keep your alliances strong.
Since the desire and the strength to move ahead are so powerful,
any obstacles in your path may cause undue frustration and unwarranted
outbursts of anger. Remember that any display of anger will cause
more harm than good, so be adaptable and modest. Channel your
excess towards physical exercise and other more constructive work.
Long walks can be very relieving.
This house promotes intensity and sensitivity to details. Therefore,
this can be a very romantic time. This is a great time to improve
an existing relationship or to begin a new one.
Whatever your goal, be sure to move forward quickly, but not like
a bull in a china shop. Keep close track of all of the requirements
and tasks necessary to complete your objective. When necessary,
make a list of all essential issues and keep your priorities in
order.
Stay away from animal foods. Eating them can narrow your options
and generate anger.

During the course of the previous year, you inhabited the house of 1 Water (winter, stillness) and the ki of Water tended to suppress outward progress. Now, things begin to move again, but not quickly. The energy of the year does not highlight great changes or remarkable new adventures. Instead, you can expect a peaceful time, where you can socialize freely, collect tools, gather information and plan for the future. This is an excellent time to discuss your ideas, needs and plans with others, in order to develop a strong basis for the development of your immediate and long-range goals and dreams! It is best to go along with the peaceful nature of the times. Keep your efforts steady and consistent. Avoid forcefulness. Keep chipping away with the slow, steady hand of a sculptor and your plans will take shape. Next year, you will have the opportunity to take great steps forward and to actively build upon the basis of your dreams and plans. But, if you arrive, unprepared, your opportunities will be reduced.
