This is a good time for minor indulgences and diversions like dining out, the theater, the movies,
museums, the symphony or, even, a simple walk outdoors! Also, spending time with children
and animals can be very enjoyable.
The key here, is to enjoy the many facets of life, without becoming too self-serving or emotional. If you
keep your feet on the ground and maintain a practical approach, this can be a very sensual and pleasurable time!
You may have some respiratory or intestinal problems. If you see
a problem developing, get plenty of rest and avoid strong spices,
tomato products, animal foods, dairy products and refined bread.
Visual, audible and tactile sensations will be enhanced. It is
time to take pleasure in being alive!

This position is more enjoyable for individuals with higher vibrational numbers; that is, 2 Soil, 3 Tree and 4 Tree. Five Soil and 8 Soil also receive strong supporting energy. Fire energy can be a little overbearing for 6 Metal and 7 Metal, because of its chaotic nature (Fire melts Metal). Also, 1 Water sometimes has difficulty with Fire energy, due to Water's more quiet, secretive nature (Fire illuminates). Therefore, Water must expend extra energy controlling Fire's activities. As such, 7 is more expansive; more similar to the ki of summer and Fire. Indeed, it is easier for 9 Fire to melt this softer, more compliant Metal. So, 9 begins, once again, to shine in force. This is especially true for people living along the equator and in the Northern Hemisphere, where the seasonal energy of high summer (Fire) is in full swing. For individuals in the Southern Hemisphere, the ki of your annual house will probably not approach these expansive heights for another month, or so...."
